Op donderdag 31 augustus aanstaande ben je van harte welkom op de 5e editie van The RichPort Club. Dit keer hebben we niet alleen een mooie locatie, maar ook een inspirerende gast. Namelijk avonturier en spreker Melvin Redeker. Hij geeft een interactieve presentatie genaamd: Het geheim van een succesvolle expeditie.
Melvin:
"Mijn verhaal gaat over een spectaculaire Himalaya beklimming waarbij we overnachten in hangtentjes. De steilste Himalaya-berg die succesvol door een Nederlands team is bedwongen. Of een onderwater exploratie waarbij ik oog in oog kom te liggen op de zeebodem met killer whales. Of een combi van beiden. Of het nu gaat om het hooggebergte of de onderwaterwereld, de rode draad is het ontdekken. Nieuwe wegen bewandelen. Teams die samenwerken onder moeilijke omstandigheden. De voorbereiding, teamwerk en processen tijdens de expeditie moeten top zijn voor de veiligheid en het succes. Vandaaruit sla ik de brug naar thema’s die voor businesspark RichPort interessant zijn. Ik deel niet alleen mijn successen, maar juist ook de momenten waar het (bijna) mis ging. Die vertaal ik naar situaties die in iedere organisatie voorkomen."
De RichPort Club netwerkborrels zijn inmiddels echt een succes te noemen, dus kom ook, ontmoet, maak kennis en breid je netwerk uit.

"My story is about a spectacular Himalayan climb where we spend the night in hanging tents. The steepest Himalayan mountain that has been successfully conquered by a Dutch team. Or an underwater exploration where I come face to face with killer whales on the seabed. Or a combination of both. Whether it concerns the high mountains or the underwater world, the common thread is discovery. Walking new paths. Teams that work together under difficult circumstances. The preparation, teamwork and processes during the expedition must be top for safety and the success. From there I bridge the gap to themes that are interesting for the RichPort business park. I not only share my successes, but also the moments where things (almost) went wrong. I translate these into situations that occur in every organization."
